Sustainability & CSR

The view from the firm: The firm collects and analyses detailed greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This includes emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 and we are committed to improving data accuracy each year. We have taken steps to identify all relevant emissions categories and have trained office representatives across all offices in GHG emissions data collection and reporting.

Undertaking an annual GHG assessment across all scopes ensures we can identify opportunities for improvement and for emissions reductions. For example, identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency and switching to renewable energy wherever possible. We publish our emissions data and information relating to our sustainable operations in our Annual Environmental Sustainability Report. More information is available on our Responsible Business webpage.

In February 2025 the Science Based Targets initiative validated and approved our near-term target to reduce our combined emissions across Scope 1,2 and 3 by 32% from a 2022 baseline by 2032.
